This authority is to remain in full force and effect until GREEN TREE METALS has received written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford GREEN TREE METALS and FINANCIAL INSTITUTION a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
Unpainted Galvalume carries a 20 year warranty. The painted option is a baked on enamel paint over primer and Galvalume.
